PENGARUH SERVANT LEADERSHIP TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN IKLIM SEKOLAH RAMAH ANAK

Abstract
Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi iklim sekolah adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk iklim sekolah ramah anak yang baik untuk mencapai keberhasilan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership terhadap pembentukan iklim sekolah ramah anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi fungsional. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket sebagai data utama. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 811 guru. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin untuk menghitung sampel penelitian, diperoleh sampel penelitian berjumlah 89 guru. Perhitungan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan software SPSS Ver.26. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan signifikansi 0.05, didapatkan bahwa nilai sig sebesar 0.049 < 0.05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Pada pengujian koefisien determinasi dapat diketahui bahwa servant leadership memberikan pengaruh sebesar 10.1% terhadap pembentukan iklim sekolah ramah anak, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan kedalam penelitian ini sebesar 89.9%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh servant leadership terhadap pembentukan iklim sekolah ramah anak.
