SISTEM KOMPENSASI DALAM PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU DI PESANTREN

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem kompensasi yang diterapkan Pesantren Bina At-Taufiq dalam peningkatan kinerja guru. Pendekatan peneltian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasuh. Data dikumpulkan melalaui observasi dan wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Bina At-Taufiq mempunya sistem kompensasi yang diatur secara detail dalam aturan kepegawaian. Pemberian kompensasi kepada guru tidak hanya dalam bentuk langsung seperti pemberian gaji, tunjangan (keluarga, Jabatan, Transportasi), insentif yang diterima guru setiap bulan, akan tetapi juga dalam bentuk tidak langsung berupa cuti, layanan kesehatan, ketenagakerjaan, liburan, penghargaan, beasiswa studi lanjut, dan umrah. Selain itu, bagi para tega pendidik tetap yang sudah berkeluarga mendapatkan rumah yang telah disiapkan oleh pihak pesantren. Salah satu tujuan sistem kompensasi yang diterapkan adalah menunjang kinerja guru-guru dan pegawai dalam pencapaian visi, misi dan tujuan Pondok Pesantren Bina At-Taufiq.
