About the Journal

Jurnal Agroindustri Halal is a scientific publication published by the Institute for Research and Community Services at Djuanda University. It serves as a medium for disseminating and exchanging information on research results in agricultural technology in general and halalness in particular.

Publications included research results on food chemistry, food biochemistry, halal food processing, agricultural, industrial technology, agro-industrial management and modeling, industrial techniques and systems, agro-industrial environmental management techniques, engineering, and bioprocessing of halal biomaterial products.

It is published three times a year (April, August, and December) and is indexed in Crossref, Garuda, Sinta, Copernicus, and EBSCO.

We are delighted to annouce that Jurnal Agroindustri Halal has been accredited at rank 3 (S3) by Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia) SK NO 158/E/KPT/2021 from Volume 6 No 1 2020 to Volume 10 No 2 2024.
