ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR PRODUKSI YANG MEMPENGARUHI USAHA BUDIDAYA PEMBENIHAN IKAN LELE DUMBO DI KECAMATAN CISEENG BOGOR

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Jumlah produksi benih ikan lele dumbo di Jawa Barat mengalami penurunan hal ini dibuktikan pada tahun 2010 sebanyak 1.061.783.000 ekor dan tahun 2012 sebanyak 788.821.000 ekor. Usaha budidaya pembenihan ikan lele dumbo membutuhkan beberapa input produksi sehingga diperlukan penelitian analisis pendapatan dan faktor-faktor produksiyang mempengaruhi produksi ikan lele sehingga dapat memaksimalkan keuntungan. Hasil analisis pendapatan tertinggi pada usaha budidaya pembenihan ikan lele dumbo di Kecamatan Ciseeng dengan luas kolam 3.000 – 3.500 m2 Rp 33.025.625 dan terendah 400 – 900 m2 sebesar Rp 4.063.024. Nilai R/C tertinggi sebesar 2,33 pada luas kolam 2.000 – 2.400 m2 dan terendah sebesar 1,27 pada luas kolam 3.000 – 3.500 m2. Hasil analisis fungsi produksi variabel-variabel benih, luas kolam, pakan, pupuk kandang, obat-obatan, kapur, tenaga kerja, pengalaman dan pendidikan dengan nilai Rsquare = 0,73 dan nilai Fhitung = 26,07. secara bersama-sama variabel-variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap produksi benih ikan lele dumbo di Kecamatan Ciseeng. Hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa benih, pakan, tenaga kerja, pengalaman dan pendidikan berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi.
