PENGARUH NERACA KATION ANION RANSUM YANG BERBEDA TERHADAP BOBOT KARKAS DAN BOBOT GIBLET AYAM BROILER

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengetahui pengaruh NKAR terhadap bobot potong, bobot karkas mutlak (BKM), bobot karkas relatif (BKR), bobot daging dada tanpa tulang dan kulit mutlak (Skinless Boneless Breast/SBBM), bobot daging dada tanpa tulang dan kulit relatif (Skinless Boneless Breast/SBBR) dan bobot jeroan (Giblet) yang terdiri dari bobot jantung mutlak (BJM), bobot jantung relatif (BJR), bobot rempela mutlak (BRM), bobot rempela relatif (BRR), bobot hati dan limpa mutlak (BHLM), bobot hati dan limpa relatif (BHLR), bobot usus mutlak (BUM) dan bobot usus relatif (BUR). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18 Desember 2012 sampai 17 Januari 2013. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Lapang Jurusan Peternakan, Fakultas Ilmu dan Bisnis Pertanian, Universitas Djuanda Bogor. Pemberian Neraca Kation Anion Ransum (NKAR) yang berbeda pada ransum perlakuan R1 (10 mEq), R2 (15 mEq), R3 (21 mEq atau kontrol), R4 (25 mEq) dan R5 (30 mEq) secara statisitik tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap semua peubah penelitian. Ransum R1 memberikan hasil cenderung lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lain kecuali pada bobot karkas relatif (BKR), bobot jantung mutlak (BJM) dan bobot jantung relatif (BJR).Downloads
