DAMPAK KINERJA GURU TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV

Abstract
Arah penelitian ini untuk menguji seberapa besar kinerja guru, motivasi belajar siswa dan dampak kinerja guru
terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV semester genap.Teknik penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif
dengan desain penelitian korelasi fungsional. Data penelitian dikumpulkan memanfaatkan teknik angket kuesioner, dengan jumlah responden siswa kelas IV sebanyak 20 siswa. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja
guru kelas IV dalam kategori sedang yakni sebesar 52,9%. Motivasi belajar siswa semester genap, sebanyak 19 siswa dalam kategori mempunyai motivasi belajar yang sedang serta 1 orang siswa memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi.
Diperoleh dampak signifikan antara kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, diketahui nilai t hitung 6,395 ˃ 2,1009 t tabel dengan taraf kesalahannya yaitu 5% dengan hasil yang signifikan 0,000 > 0, 05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, besarnya dampak kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa yakni sebesar 69,4 %, dampak dari luar yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini yakni sebesar 30.6%. Sehingga simpulan pada penelitian ini yakni terbisa dampak yang signifikan kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.
