PENGUKURAN KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL PENDIRIAN INDUSTRI VANILIN DENGAN BAHAN BAKU VANILI BASAH (Vanilli spp)

Abstract
Industri pengolahan vanili merupakan agroindustri yang mengolah vanili kering menjadi ekstrak vanili. Industri vanili dirancang untuk memberikan peningkatan nilai tambah vanili. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial dari proses curing vanili yang diaplikasikan pada skala industri. Penghitungan kriteria investasi pendirian industri pengolahan vanili dengan metode curing termodifikasi ini didapatkan NPV Rp 1.089.999.998,00, IRR 58,46%, Net B/C Ratio 1,01, dan PBP selama 2,44 tahun. Berdasarkan parameter tersebut, rancangan industri vanili ini layak untuk dioperasikan.
