UPAYA GURU DALAM MENGATASI KESULITAN PENYUSUNAN RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan upaya apa yang guru lakukan saat mengatasi kesulitan dalam pembuatan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran yang ada di kelas I MI Bppi Nangela. Penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneiliti adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan peneliti mengambilsumber data dari guru kelas I. Pelaksanaan Penelitian ini di sekolah MI Bppi Nangela dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data yang peneliti gunakan adalah model Miles & Huberman yang dapat meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa MI Bppi Nangela masih mengalami kendala dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, kendala yang dialami ialah dalam menentukan media dan metode pembelajaran yang kurang mendukung saat melaksanakan pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Selain itu, kendala dalam menyusun pembelajaran guru merasa memerlukan pelatihan tambahan seperti KKG dan MGMP agar memiliki pengetahuan baru dalam menyusun, karena dalam setiap tahunnya Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran selalu ada perubahan seperti perubahan kurikulum 2013 ke kurikulum merdeka. Jadi, guru harus terus berlatih dan belajar lagi dalam menyusun pelaksanaan pembelajaran agar setiap belajar di dalam kelas sesuai dengan RPP yang sudah disusun dan berjalan dengan sistematis.
