EFEKTIVITAS KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL PADA ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS (AUTISME) DI SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM TERPADU AZZAHRA

Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dengan jelas dan mendalam mengenai efektivitas komunikasi Antarpribadi GPK dan orang tua pada anak autisme. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara (kepada GPK dan orang tua) dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data penelitian melalui triangulasi sumber dan cek anggota. Hasil penelitian efektif karena, (1) Keterbukaan: GPK dan Orang tua mampu untuk terbuka dan memberikan kebebasan dalam berkomunikasi; (2) Empati: GPK dan orang tua mampu untuk merasakan apa yang dirasakan oleh anak autis; (3) Sikap Mendukung: GPK dan orang tua mampu memberikan motivasi dalam meningkatkan belajar anak autis dengan penuh kesabaran dan memberikan penjelasan secara berulang-ulang serta tidak pernah menyudutkan; (4) Rasa Positif: GPK dan orang tua mampu memberikan motivasi pujian kepada anak autis; (5) Kesetaraan/Kesamaan: GPK dan orang tua mampu memposisikan keberadaan anak autis seperti sahabat dan mendengarkan permasalahan dengan bahasa yang sederhana dan mudah dimengerti.
