CODE OF ETHICS FOR SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATION OF Tadbir Muwahhid

 

Foreword

The ethical code of scientific publications at Tadbir Muwahhid ensures that all articles published in this journal comply with ethical principles in academic publications to prevent misunderstandings and conflicts. Tadbir Muwahhid presents research articles related to the fields of Islamic studies, education and institutional management, curriculum management and learning resources, facilities and finance management, Islamic education psychology, education management information systems and technology, Islamic education leadership, counseling management, Islamic education planning, Islamic education evaluation as well as with their development through interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach.

The code of ethics is an ethical guideline in publishing this journal, which must be obeyed by authors, editors, reviewers, international editorial boards, publishers, and readers.

Publication Ethics Tadbir Muwahhid must follow the guidelines in articles published by Tadbir Muwahhid and have not been published or are in the process of being submitted in another publication. The proposed article is based on research that is in accordance with the focus and field of Tadbir Muwahhid which will be reviewed by competent reviewers on the focus and field of Tadbir Muwahhid.

Articles sent to Tadbir Muwahhid must be able to demonstrate the quality of scientific work with the accuracy of research methods and supporting institutions. Therefore, it is essential to set standards of ethical behavior for all parties involved in publication: authors, editors, reviewers, international editorial boards, publishers, and readers.

Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Universitas Djuanda is responsible for all stages of the publication process. In addition, all editorial boards and related parties are committed to ensuring that advertising/promotional, printing or other commercial purposes does not impact or influence editorial decisions.

Originality and Plagiarism

Authors must ensure that the submitted articles are the author's original work, not the work of others. If the author displays data from other people's research or cites references from other articles, the author must include the author's name of the report noted.

Plagiarism is an act of imitating substantially and taking data from the results of other people's research without including the source of the data and or articles, either in whole or in part, that have been published in other journals (self-plagiarism). Plagiarism behavior is unethical behavior in publication and cannot be accepted in Tadbir Muwahhid. Submitting the same article to more than one journal is unethical behavior in publication and is unacceptable.

The author must always include the author's name of the article cited from the published research results (whether from research reports, journal articles, books, or other scientific publication sources). The article's author can consist of one person, two people, or more as long as that person makes a significant contribution to the report and may be included as an author.

Articles originating from research funded by a sponsor must acknowledge the sponsor who has funded it. If others have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research, they must be recognized and listed as contributors. Authors must ensure the suitability of articles with co-authors before submission for publication. The author responsible for improving the article must be marked as the corresponding author. This correspondent author will communicate with the editor to substantively enhance the paper.

Fundamental Errors in Published Articles

When the author finds errors or inaccuracies in the data in the article to be published, the author is obliged to notify the journal editor or editorial board to retract the article and correct it.

Task Board Editor

The Editorial Board is responsible for making Publication decisions and deciding which articles to publish in Tadbir Muwahhid. Reviewers and the editorial team can decide which articles meet the requirements contained in the Tadbir Muwahhid.
