STRATEGI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN PADA SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS DI KOTA BOGOR

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan pada sekolah menengah atas di kota Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah suber data lapangan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa strategi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yakni dengan cara menentukan perumusan visi, misi, tujuan, dan sasaran yang dilaksanakan melalui peningkatan mutu program pendidikan, kegiatan lingkungan internal dan eksternal sekolah, budaya sekolah, penanaman norma dan pembiasaan. Pelaksanaan evaluasi dilaksanakan melalui sejumlah pertemuan dinas melibatkan manajemen puncak dan semua personil sekolah dan masyarakat baik jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.
