KINERJA KARYAWAN PT JAKARANA TAMA CIAWI-BOGOR DENGAN PENDEKATAN MOTIVASI KERJA, DISIPLIN DAN KEMAMPUAN KERJA
Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin, Kemampuan Kerja dan Kinerja
Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin, kemampuan kerja pada kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan skala likert, verifikatif menggunakan regresi berganda. Koesioner disebarkan pada 100 orang karyawan PT Jakarana Tama Ciawi, dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, asumsi klasik. Pengujian tersebut valid, reliabel dilanjut dengan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian pengujian R2 diperoleh 74,3 persen, sedangkan faktor lain 25,7 persen. Hubungan antara motivasi kerja, disiplin, kemampuan kerja dan kinerja sangat kuat dengan hasil koefisien sebesar 0,862. Secara simultan dan parsial kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, disiplin, kemampuan kerja.
