PENGARUH MOTIVASI WIRAUSAHA, FAKTOR INTERNAL, DAN FAKTOR EXTERNAL TERHADAP MINAT WIRAUSAHA SISWA/SISWI SMK DI KOTA SUKABUMI

Abstract

ABSTRACK

This study, aims determinee and identify the influencer of entrepreneurial motivation, internalf actors and external factors both simultaneously and partially on entrepreneurial interest invocational students in Sukabumi City. The method used in this research is descriptive andv erification methods. With multiple linear analysis techniques, correlation coefficient analysis,d etermination coefficient analysis, F-test and t-test. The results of study indicate that thee ntrepreneurial motivation variables, internal factors and external factors both simultaneouslya nd partially affect the entrepreneurial interest in vocational students in Sukabumi City, while thei nternal factors become most dominant influential variable compared to the entrepreneurialm otivation variables and external factors , this can be seen from the t-value obtained is greatert han other variables.

ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini melihat dan mengidentifikasi pengaruh motivasi wirausaha, faktor internal dan external secara simultan dan parsial terhadap minat wirausaha siswa/siswi SMK Kota sukabumi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif and verifikatif, dengan teknika nalisis linear berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji-F dan uji-t.D engan hasil bahwa variabel motivasi wirausaha, faktor internal, dan eksternal, secara simultan dan persial memengaruhi minat berwirausaha siswa/siswi SMK di Kota Sukabumi, adapun variabel faktor internal menjadi variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan dibanding dengan variabel motivasi wirausaha dan faktor eksternal, hal ini dilihat dari nilai thitung yang diperoleh memiliki angka besar dari variabel lainnya.
