Even though full face-to-face learning has been reintroduced in class, teachers must face problems such as adjustments to student behavior that change during limited faceto-face and online learning, inadequate infrastructure, and a decrease in the quality of learning. This study explores the opinions of classroom teachers who teach in inclusive classes regarding implementing full face-to-face learning after the repeal of PPKM. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 30 teachers in inclusive primary schools. Data analysis using thematic analysis. The results of the analysis produce four main themes, namely (1) instructional impact; (2) school support; (3) obstacles; (4) teacher preparation. The findings show that after the revocation of PPKM, teachers must make adjustments, such as 2 adjustments in academic and non-academic aspects. In the academic aspect, the teacher must readjust the learning objectives that must be achieved to meet and accommodate the needs of all students, including students with special needs, without discrimination. In the non-academic aspect, teachers need enthusiasm and motivation from school members and the community to support conducive learning for all students. Given the current global trend towards healthier and more sustainable food consumption, there is an urgent need for innovation in crisp production. One proposed method to achieve this is by incorporating catfish bone paste and tofu dregs flour into the cracker formulation, a move that is not only innovative but also aligns with the principles of a circular economy, utilizing waste from the fishing and tofu industries as raw materials, thereby increasing resource efficiency and reducing environmental impact. The long-term goal of this research is to develop crisp that sustainably meet the nutritional needs of the population. To achieve this, specific objectives have been set, including the integration of catfish bone paste and tofu dregs flour into the cracker formulation to enhance protein and calcium content, and to contribute to waste reduction, given the significant by-products from catfish and tofu production in the food industry. The research particularly focuses on the chemical characteristically changes of adding these ingredients into the unfortified crisp. The chosen methodology to reach these specific targets is the Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) approach. The methodology employed for assessing the nutritional enhancement characteristics of the crisp involved using chemical tests. Chemical tests measured moisture, ash, protein, and calcium content, with set maximum or minimum thresholds for moisture (max 12%), ash (max 0.2%), and protein (min 5%). These tests were crucial for determining the compliance of the crackers with nutritional standards and ensuring their quality. The chemical analysis revealed the following: the fortified crisp moisture content was well below the maximum of 12%, with values ranging around 5.4% to 5.8%. Ash content varied significantly, with some samples exceeding the maximum limit of 0.2%, indicating a potential discrepancy in the production process. Protein content met the minimum requirement of 5%, with percentages ranging from 5.4% to 9.72%, suggesting good nutritional value. For calcium content, there was a progressive increase across the samples, with the highest percentage at 3.801%, which shows a positive correlation with the addition of catfish bone paste and tofu dregs flour.
Faridah Handayasari Fiola Triyassari Intan Kusumaningrum Raden Siti Nurlaela Copyright (c) 2024 PROCEEDING DJUANDA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 2024-03-27 2024-03-27 103 108 EFFECT OF PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT, COMPETENCE AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE WOR K PRODUCTIVITY PT. This study centres on creating a Job Portal utilizing Design Thinking as a transformative methodology. The University of Djuanda utilizes Design Thinking, a problem-solving approach renowned for its cognitive, creative, and practical methods, to gain insights into its students' requirements, difficulties, and preferences. The primary goal is to develop a Job Portal that is pertinent and fulfilling, consequently enhancing user contentment and nurturing enduring associations while also tackling the constraints of conventional recruitment methods. The primary approach employed is Design Thinking, which maximizes problem-solving efficacy. The research aims to develop a Job Portal that prioritizes the needs of job seekers and recruiters by demonstrating empathy towards them. The portal will undergo iterative ideation, prototyping, and testing to enhance its features and functionalities. This process aims to cater to the specific requirements of all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process. A User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) was administered to 20 participants, consisting of 10 job seekers and ten recruiters, to evaluate the user experience. The visualization employed a questionnaire comprising six Likert-scale questions, spanning from "Strongly Disagree" to "Strongly Agree." ON VARIOUS COMPOSITIONS OF COW URINE AND AB MIX WITH RAFT SYSTEM OF HYDROPONIC https://ojs.unida.ac.id/prosiding/article/view/13021
Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) is one of the vegetables that people like because it tastes good and has high nutrition content, so it has a high selling value and there is a need to increase production. Limited agricultural land is one of the obstacles in increasing the production of pakcoy, so the application of hydroponic technology can be an alternative. Nutrition requirements are a factor that needs to be considered in hydroponic cultivation. The nutrient commonly used in hydroponic cultivation is AB mix, but the price is relatively high and is still difficult to find on the market. This study aims to determine the growth and production of pakcoy in various compositions of cow urine and AB mix and to obtain alternative fertilizers that can replace AB mix. This research used a single factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD), namely the composition of cow urine and AB mix which consisted of 11 levels, namely, AB mix 5 ml, cow urine 2 ml + AB mix 4.5 ml, cow urine 4 ml + AB mix 4 ml, cow urine 6 ml + AB mix 3.5 ml, cow urine 8 ml + AB mix 3 ml, cow urine 10 ml + AB mix 2.5 ml, cow urine 12 ml + AB mix 2 ml , cow urine 14 ml + AB mix 1.5 ml, cow urine 16 ml + AB mix 1 ml, cow urine 18 ml + AB mix 0.5 ml, cow urine 20 ml. The results showed that the composition of cow urine and ab mix had an effect on all the variables observed. 100% cow urine cannot replace AB mix nutrition because cow urine gave the lowest results in all the treatments observed. The use of cow urine must be accompanied by AB mix nutrition to achieve optimal results.
Kartika Fitriana A Nani Yulianti Setyono Copyright (c) 2024 PROCEEDING DJUANDA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 2024-03-27 2024-03-27 276 283 THE INFLUENCE OF PERCEIVED QUALITY AND PERCEIVED VALUE ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY THROUGH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE ON CONSUMERS OF D'RAOSTOP CHICKEN & BURGER CITEUREUP BRANCH https://ojs.unida.ac.id/prosiding/article/view/13022
Background: Consumers have a very important role in providing an assessment of the quality and value obtained from a company, both services and products, to give an impression of satisfaction and make consumers loyal .

Purpose: This aim For analyze influence perception quality and perception value to customers loyalty through customers satisfaction of D'RAOSTOP Chicken & Burger Citeureup Branch consumers .

Methodology: Sample from study This is 100 respondents with techniques or approach non-probability sampling with method accidental sampling.
