Long enough time has passed, it is only natural that this country will learn valuable lessons to make history for a better future. The subjects in this study were class V teachers to analyze the differentiated learning strategies carried out by the teacher during the learning process in class. This qualitative research emphasizes more on descriptive reports that aim to describe or describe existing phenomena, both scientific and man-made phenomena. In other words, this learning model will give students the flexibility to increase their potential according to their readiness to learn, their interests, and their learning profile. Effect of Using Differentiation Learning allows teachers to meet the needs and expectations of students, this indirectly increases the creativity of students.
2023-10-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Fadhilah Nur Ramadhani Rizqiyah Puteri Dila https://ojs.unida.ac.id/jtdik/article/view/9761 Analysis Of Teachers Readiness In Implementing The Independent Curriculum In Elementary Schools 2023-10-18T04:15:10+00:00 Putri Eka Puspitasari putryeka02@gmail.com Ratnasari Diah Utami ratnasari.diahutami@gmail.com
Along with the implementation of the independent curriculum, teacher readiness in implementing the independent curriculum is something that is absolutely realized so that the expected goals can be achieved. No matter how good a curriculum is, if the teacher does not have the readiness and skills, then the curriculum cannot be realized properly. This shows that the curriculum and teachers have a very close relationship. This study aims to determine the readiness of elementary school teachers in implementing the independent curriculum. This research uses descriptive research type. The object of this research is teacher readiness in implementing the independent curriculum at Muhammadiyah 1 Ketelan Elementary School, Surakarta. Meanwhile, the subjects of this study were school principals and teachers as actors in implementing the independent curriculum. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews, observation, and documentation. Test the validity of the data in this study using method triangulation and theory triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), and conclusion drawing/verification (drawing conclusions. It is disheartening to note that not only adults but also children are vulnerable to becoming victims, resulting in negative impacts on them both physically and psychologically. These circumstances form the basis for researchers to investigate the implementation of sexual education for elementary school children. This study aims to: 1) understand the extent of teachers' and parents' understanding of sexual education, and 2) describe the implementation of sexual education at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta. A qualitative research method was employed, utilizing a phenomenological approach and a qualitative descriptive case study design. To ensure data validity, the researcher employed triangulation of sources and techniques. Data analysis involved three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data were collected through interviews and documentation related to sexual education in elementary schools. The findings of the research indicate that both parents and teachers have a strong understanding of the importance of sexual education for children in the digital native era, considering the prevalence of such cases in society. This understanding serves as a foundation for anticipating and preventing negative outcomes. The implementation of sexual education at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta is commendable, as evidenced by classroom learning activities, supportive initiatives, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and collaboration with parents. These indicators demonstrate that the school is prepared and concerned about sexual education.
2023-10-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Erisa Puspita, Ratnasari Diah Utami https://ojs.unida.ac.id/jtdik/article/view/9618 Implementation of Project-Based Learning Model Based on STEM Design Thinking and Its Effecton toward Critical Thinking Skills of Elementary School Students 2023-10-12T07:37:29+00:00 Adelia Wulandari adeliawulandari1499@gmail.com Resti Yektyastuti restiyektyastuti@gmail.com Sony Yunior Erlangga Erlangga@gmail.com Anne Effane anne.affane@unida.ac.id
Critical thinking skills are essential in assisting students in the learning process, especially in today's 21st century.
