This research method is a literature study that uses a descriptive qualitative approach using library research sources. The results of this review show that today's increasingly sophisticated technology is characterized by the Industrial Revolution 4.0. In utilizing the Industrial Revolution 4.0, an effective system is needed to control and minimize the risks that may occur. To minimize the risks that may occur, companies can implement risk management. As a process of drastic change, the industrial revolution 4.0 brings various implications both positive and negative. Proper risk management is the key to success in dealing with rapid changes in the industrial environment. By understanding the principles of risk management and applying them effectively, companies can optimize long-term growth opportunities and protect corporate value.</em></p> <p>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi penerapan manajemen ririko dalam navigasi revolusi industry 4.0 dengan tijauan dari perspektif bisnis. The purpose of this study was to determine The Influence of Influencer and <br />Advertising on Shopee Consumer Purchasing Desicion in Kendari City. The research sample amounted <br />to 98 respondents. This study uses purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is quantitative <br />with multiple linear analysis methods. Based on the partial test (t test), it shows that the Influencer and <br />Advertising variables have a significant effect on the Shopee consumer Purchasing Desicion variabel <br />in Kendari City. Furthermore, based on the result of the simultaneous test (F test), the Influencer and <br />Advertising variabels have a significant effect on the Purchasing Desicion variable in Kendari City. <br />Based on the value of adj. R Square value it is known that Influencers and Advertising contribute 17,3%, <br />while the remaining 82,7% is influenced by other variables examnied in this study.</p> <p>Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui secara lanjut Pengaruh Influencer dan Iklan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Shopee di Kota Kendari sesuai dengan pokok permasalahan yang diangkat yaitu Pengaruh Influencer dan Iklan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Shopee di Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada masyarakat di Kota Kendari yang pernah berbelanja online di apilikasi e-commerce Shopee. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Iklan dan Influencer terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Shopee di Kota Kendari. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 98 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis linear berganda. Berdasarkan uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Inflluencer dan Iklan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian konsumen Shopee di Kota Kendari. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil uji simultan (uji F) variabel Influencer dan Iklan berpengaruh secara signifkan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian di Kota Kendari. Berdasarkan nilai adj. Prior research has also looked at how promotions and <br />service standards affect shoppee customers' decisions to buy. Consumer decisions are influenced by a <br />variety of factors, some of which include service quality and promotional efforts. This is a difficulty for <br />businesses, as they need to effectively sell their goods and services to customers in order to thrive and <br />remain competitive. The aim of this research was to ascertain the impact of promotions and service <br />quality on Shopee customers' buying decisions. The methodology for the research that the researcher <br />used was quantitative by taking a sample of 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique <br />which was given a questionnaire containing statements according to the variable indicators of <br />promotion factors, service quality and purchasing decisions. The conclusions in this study indicate that <br />the promotion and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing <br />decisions of shopee consumers in the Surabaya area.</p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi “Pengaruh Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Shopee Wilayah Surabaya”. Penelitian sebelumnya juga telah melihat bagaimana promosi dan standar layanan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pelanggan shoppee. Keputusan konsumen dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, beberapa di antaranya meliputi kualitas layanan dan upaya promosi. Hal ini merupakan kesulitan bagi dunia usaha, karena mereka harus menjual barang dan jasa mereka secara efektif kepada pelanggan agar dapat berkembang dan tetap kompetitif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan Shopee. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang diberikan kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan-pernyataan sesuai dengan indikator variabel faktor promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan keputusan pembelian. This research used SEM-PLS, <br />data was collected through the technique of distributing questionnaires to 47 MSME respondents <br />(saturated sample). The formation of the MSME Performance model through the factor loading value <br />approach of indicators has good validity. Furthermore, whether the statistical results of each variable <br />have an influence, if the variable results have an influence then it can be included in the model, <br />conversely if the variable does not have an influence then the variable is not included in the model. The <br />research results provide evidence that the entrepreneurial climate has a strong influence on MSME <br />performance and entrepreneurial behavior, while entrepreneurial competence in this research is not <br />proven to be able to directly improve MSME business performance, but entrepreneurial competence <br />will have a big impact on increasing MSME business performance through entrepreneurial behavior. <br />Increasing the performance of MSMEs in the development of the MSME performance model can be <br />determined by the entrepreneurial climate directly with indicators of risk taking and informal networks, <br />and entrepreneurial behavior can mediate the entrepreneurial climate and entrepreneurial competence <br />in improving the performance of MSMEs indirectly.</p> <p>Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis Pengaruh Iklim Kewirausahaan dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaanterhadap Kinerja usaha UMKM, Menganalisis Pengaruh Iklim Kewirausahaan dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaanterhadap Kinerja usaha UMKM melalui Perilaku wirausaha sebagai variabel Mediasi, membuat rancangan model pengembangan Kinerja usaha UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS, data dikumpulkan melalui teknik penyebaran kuisioner kepada 47 Responden pelaku UMKM (Sample jenuh). Pembentukan model Kinerja usaha UMKM melalui pendekatan nilai loading faktor dari indikator mempunyai validitas yang baik. Selanjutnya apakah hasil statistic setiap variable memiliki pengaruhnya, jika hasil variable terdapat pengaruh maka dapat dimasukan kedalam model, sebaliknya jika variable tidak memiliki pengaruhnya maka variable tersebut tidak dimasukan kedalam model. Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti bahwa Iklim Kewirausahaan berpengaruh kuat terhadap Kinerja usaha UMKM dan Perilaku wirausaha, sedangkan Kompetensi Kewirausahaandalam penelitian ini tidak terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha UMKM secara langsung tetapi Kompetensi Kewirausahaanakan berdampak besar terhadap peningkatan kinerja usaha UMKM melalui Perilaku wirausaha . A combined approach was used with quantitative analysis to measure financial efficiency <br />and qualitative analysis through interviews and observations. The financial management strategies <br />implemented had a significant positive impact. School funds are allocated efficiently to support <br />extracurricular activities, purchase quality learning materials and improve educational facilities. The <br />focus on teacher and staff welfare through personal development incentives and wellness programs <br />creates a positive working environment. The implications of the findings are highly relevant for policy <br />development in education and school financial management. Best practices can be adopted to improve <br />student and staff welfare through smart allocation of funds. Further strategic planning is needed to <br />improve the quality of education by taking into account the welfare of the entire school community. <br />Schools can more effectively achieve their educational goals by building an empowering and <br />sustainable learning environment and improving financial management practices that support student <br />and staff welfare.</p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak implementasi strategi manajemen keuangan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu SDIT XYZ Banjarmasin terhadap kesejahteraan siswa, guru, dan staf serta efektivitas alokasi dana sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung perkembangan siswa. Pendekatan gabungan digunakan dengan analisis kuantitatif untuk mengukur efisiensi keuangan dan analisis kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi. Strategi manajemen keuangan yang diterapkan memberikan dampak positif signifikan. Dana sekolah dialokasikan dengan efisien untuk mendukung kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, membeli materi pembelajaran berkualitas, dan meningkatkan sarana pendidikan. Fokus pada kesejahteraan guru dan staf melalui insentif pengembangan diri dan program kesehatan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif. Implikasi dari temuan ini sangat relevan untuk pengembangan kebijakan di bidang pendidikan dan manajemen keuangan sekolah. Praktik-praktik terbaik dapat diadopsi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan siswa dan staf melalui alokasi dana yang cerdas. The descriptive method of secondary data obtained from the financial report and the website www.idx.co.id is utilized in the research. According to data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange BEI, the complete organization is included in the index of twenty companies. There are some companies whose ROE and ROA yields are more significant than the industry average, while others have ROE and ROA yields that are lower than the industry average, according to the findings of this study. Thus, it can be deduced that the organization achieved success in efficiently and effectively procuring funds</em><em>.</em></p> <p><em> </em></p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p> <p>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana laporan keuangan perusahaan-perusahaan yang termasuk dalam Indeks BUMN20 mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan melalui penggunaan analisis profitabilitas dengan menggunakan instrumen pengukuran return on asset (ROA) dan return on equity (ROE). Metode deskriptif dari data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan situs web www.idx.co.id digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Menurut data yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia BEI, secara lengkap organisasi yang termasuk dalam indeks sebanyak dua puluh perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa perusahaan yang memiliki hasil ROE dan ROA yang lebih besar dari rata-rata industri, sementara perusahaan lainnya memiliki hasil ROE dan ROA yang lebih rendah dari rata-rata industri, sesuai dengan hasil penelitian ini. Questionnaires were distributed to 50 Bstation users at the Indonesian Education University to see user perceptions of PIECES aspects. The results indicated a strong level of satisfaction with application performance, Performance, Information, Efficiency, and Service. However, improvements are needed in the aspects of Economy and control, where users expect more affordable prices and better control over content preferences. Recommendations include re-evaluating the service's tariff structure, transaction and payment methods, as well as improving security in transactions and consumer data protection. These recommendations are expected to improve user satisfaction of competitive streaming services.</em></p> <p><em> </em></p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p> <p>Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Bstation dengan menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economics, Control Efficiency, and Service). Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 50 pengguna Bstation di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia untuk melihat persepsi pengguna terhadap aspek-aspek PIECES. Hasil penelitian menujukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi pada kinerja aplikasi, yaitu pada aspek Efficiency. Namun, peningkatan diperlukan pada aspek Ekonomi, dalam hal ini pengguna mengharapkan harga yang lebih terjangkau. Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi evaluasi ulang terkait struktur tarif layanan, metode transaksi dan pembayaran. The descriptive qualitative research method was employed to accurately and systematically describe the problem, which was the prevalence of senders who did not disclose the contents of their packages or cargo with the original description and were dishonest in the PTI, prompting cargo inspection personnel to cancel the shipment due to discrepancies between the document details and cargo contents. During the inspection process for cargo not listed in the PTI, activities that could potentially lead to incidents and accidents needed to be anticipated, as such situations could arise when handling Dangerous Goods. Therefore, SMS implementation within the Regulated Agent (RA) was necessary. The research findings covered the cargo and mail acceptance process, inspection, and further examination of suspect cargo lacking supporting documents; if dangerous goods were found, emergency handling procedures at the RA were required, carried out per regulations. The recommendation was to increase public awareness and education about prohibited or dangerous items for cargo shipments to reduce the risk of accidental smuggling. Metoda penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan suatu masalah, secara akurat dan sistematis. Permasalahan adalah banyaknya pengirim yang tidak menyebutkan isi paket atau kargonya dengan keterangan asli, tidak jujur dalam PTI membuat personel pemeriksa kargo dapat membatalkan pemberangkatan kiriman tersebut, dikarenakan keterangan dokumen tidak sama dengan isi kargo, Dalam proses pemeriksaan kargo yang tidak tercantum dalam PTI terdapat aktivitas yang perlu diantisipasi adanya tindakan yang mengarah pada kejadian (incident) dan kecelakaan (accident), hal ini dapat terjadi saat kargo yang tergolong Dangerous Goods ditangani. Perlu adanya penerapan SMS di internal RA. Hasil penelitian proses penerimaan kargo dan pos, pemeriksaan kargo dan pos jika terjadi suspect kargo dikarenakan tidak adanya dokumen yang mendukung terhadap kargo dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan kargo suspect, jika ada kargo berbahaya maka diperlukan penanganan keadaan darurat di RA. Saran, adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang jenis barang yang termasuk kategori terlarang atau berbahaya pengiriman kargo. Hal ini dapat mengurangi risiko penyusupan barang terlarang secara tidak sengaja. The methods used are Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) integrated with time series forecasting. The selection of products studied is based on inbound and outbound volumes in the warehouse. The application of the EOQ method to the five study products resulted in an optimal order quantity for the existing conditions of 925 drums, 737 drums, 612 drums, 705 drums, and 729 drums for products A, B, C, D, and E. There is a potential saving in total inventory costs of 24% generated by the EOQ model compared to the current inventory system in the company. Historical demand data shows a seasonal stationary pattern. Forecast for the coming year was conducted and used in calculating the optimal order quantity for the coming year, which are 775 drums, 891 drums, 611 drums, and 728 drums for products A, B, C, and E. This research can enrich the literature related to EOQ and provide input for companies regarding the potential savings that can be made, and information on inventory system needs for the future.</em></p> <p><strong><em> </em></strong><em> </em></p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi sistem inventori eksisting dan menentukan sistem inventori optimal untuk masa mendatang pada PT XYZ. Metode yang digunakan adalah Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) yang diintegrasikan dengan time series forecasting. Pemilihan produk yang dikaji didasarkan pada volume inbound dan outbound di gudang. Penerapan metode EOQ pada lima produk kajian memberikan hasil kuantitas pemesanan optimal untuk kondisi eksisting sejumlah 925 drum, 737 drum, 612 drum, 705 drum, dan 729 drum untuk produk A, B, C, D, dan E. Terdapat potensi penghematan total ongkos inventori sebesar 24% yang dihasilkan model EOQ dibandingkan dengan sistem inventori yang saat ini berlangsung di perusahaan. Data historis demand menunjukkan adanya pola seasonal stationer. Forecast untuk satu tahun mendatang dilakukan dan digunakan dalam menghitung kuantitas order optimal untuk tahun mendatang, yaitu sebesar 775 drum, 891 drum, 611 drum, dan 728 drum untuk produk A, B, C, dan E. This research method is quantitative research with proportionate random sampling technique. Data collection through distributing questionnaires tested through validity, reliability, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, regression coefficient, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. The results of the study are work-life balance, emotional intelligence, and organizational commitment of employees in the high enough category. In addition, work-life balance and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment both simultaneously and partially.</em></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p> <p>Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan tanggapan pegawai mengenai work-life balance dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasional. Metode penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik proportionate random sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diuji melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, multikolineriatas, heterokedastisitas, koefisien regresi, koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian yakni work-life balance, kecerdasan emosional, dan komitmen organisasional karyawan berada pada kategori cukup tinggi.
