This study aims to determine the application of the digital governance model in online public services by Cilegon City. The issue is that online public services still need to be integrated into one platform; they are not interactive services yet but are still in a one-way system. The study employs a descriptive-qualitative methodology reviewing 27 websites of regional apparatus organizations, including the Cilegon City Government website, and conducting interviews with the Heads of the Office of Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Coding department. The study results show that the digital governance model utilized by the public service website of Cilegon City is the broadcasting model; however, only 55.4% of the criteria for implementing the broadcasting model have been met on average. Regarding implementing various digital governance models, there is no significant evidence that they have been implemented. As a result, the website for the public service in Cilegon City still delivers one-way information from public areas to broader areas, and there has yet to be significant citizen engagement as a form of participation in governance.
Eko Prasetyo, Thita M. E-government is innovation and creativity from the government in implementing all forms of policies to serve the public. However, in the implementation of applications, there are still many issues with application deployment, including a lack of funding for technology infrastructure and even a shortage of human resources. This study carried out observations and interviews in data collection Consequently, it may be stated that the study employed phenomenological-style qualitative research methodologies. The findings of the field study demonstrated that the Pekanbaru City social service's efforts to implement the application were still having difficulties due to ongoing funding and outreach issues, necessitating changes in the areas of support, quality, and value. For researchers who want to conduct research on the same topic, it is recommended to use theory-government.
Andriyus, Sylvina Rusadi, Monalisa Copyright (c) 2023 Sylvina Rusadi, Andriyus, Monalisa https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ojs.unida.ac.id/JGS/article/view/7219 Sat, 30 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0000 IMPLEMENTATION OF ONE-DAY SERVICE PROGRAM OF DEATH CERTIFICATE https://ojs.unida.ac.id/JGS/article/view/5785
The Sukabumi Regency Population and Civil Registration Office is a government agency responsible for managing population records. To streamline the process of obtaining death certificates, this office has introduced a flagship initiative known as the One Day Service program, comprising three sections: the Occupational Identity Section, the Migratory Section, and the Birth and Death Section. Under this program, applicants can complete their death certificate applications within a single day, provided they meet the necessary requirements. Despite the local government's endeavors to implement the One Day Service program, preliminary observations suggest that population administration services still require up to three days to complete. The researchers have presented their findings in a tabular format. This study employs qualitative research methods to evaluate the implementation of the One Day Service program for death certificates at the Sukabumi Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. Data collection techniques encompass interviews, observations, and document analysis. The analysis of the data is qualitative in nature. The results reveal that the execution of the One Day Service program falls short of optimal due to inadequate infrastructure support for the program.
Adelia Puspita, Andi Mulyadi , M. However, there is a problem with the Bulak Fish Center, which has been functioning as a centre for marine products and crafts, which is still quiet, so traders return to selling on the side of the road. Therefore, a city government strategy is needed to manage Bulak Fish Centers. This study used the Wheelen & Hunger Strategy Theory of environmental scanning, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, evaluation and control. The purpose of this study was to determine the Government Municipal Strategy for Managing Bulak fish Centers in the Coastal Area of Surabaya City. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. However, the system (server) is still experiencing problems, frequently crashing and making the OSS portal page difficult to access. This failure occurred because many people accessed the OSS website at the same time, making it difficult to access the OSS website. It turns out that OSS sites are somewhat limited when migrating a system. This means that the availability of the OSS system is not sufficient due to the availability of information and system updates. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of online simple submission (OSS) based business approval services in integrated capital investment and integrated services. This research examines the effectiveness of OSS-based licensing services through quantitative descriptive methods and data analysis using the Weight Mean Score (WMS) and Richard M. Strayer's theory, as well as examining aspects of goal achievement, adaptation and completion. The aim is to explain the method. The results show that the online application licensing service (OSS) speeds up the business licensing process, reduces bureaucratic time, makes it easier for businesses to obtain approval, and improves the growing business and venture investment ecosystem in an organized and accountable manner.
Muhamad Tengku, Rita Rahmawati, Irma Purnamasari, Euis Salbiah Copyright (c) 2023 Muhamad Tengku, Rita Rahmawati, Irma Purnamasari, Euis Salbiah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ojs.unida.ac.id/JGS/article/view/9942 Sat, 30 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0000 DESIGN OF COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE MODEL IN HANDLING PLASTIC USE REDUCTION https://ojs.unida.ac.id/JGS/article/view/8004
Reducing the use of plastic is an important issue in handling plastic waste, a national problem as the main pollution element causes air, soil, and water pollution and various environmental and ecosystem damage where human and natural resources develop. The collaborative concept of governance in reducing the use of plastic becomes a government study in a beautiful environment without plastic. The purpose of this research is to design collaborative governance models that can affect the development of plastic use; This research method uses qualitative with a descriptive approach. Informants of this research are government, private/business actors, and the community. The study results showed collaborative governance between the government, the private sector, and the community. However, there still needs to be an increase in collaboration so that it needs to develop in reducing plastic use. The level of collaborative governance concept in reducing the use of plastic in Bogor regency is oriented to a structured process in which there is a constructive involvement of actors with various actions carried out by the government level, private institutions/business actors, and the community in reducing the use of plastic.
Cecep Wahyudin, Oetje Subagdja, Abubakar Iskandar Copyright (c) 2023 cecep wahyudin, Oetje Subagdja, Abubakar Iskandar https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ojs.unida.ac.id/JGS/article/view/8004 Wed, 04 Oct 2023 00:00:00 +0000 STRATEGY OF THE NATIONAL BOARD OF ZAKAT (BAZNAS) IN INCREASING THE COLLECTION OF ZAKAT, INFAQ AND SHADAQAH (ZIS) https://ojs.unida.ac.id/JGS/article/view/7466
This study aims to explore how the National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) improves the collection of Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah (ZIS) in Sukabumi Regency, and to identify factors that support or hinder the collection process. This research was triggered by the non-achievement of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah collection targets, as many people were unaware that BAZNAS had provided Zakat Collection Units (UPZ) in each sub-district, which resulted in their reluctance to pay zakat directly to BAZNAS. In order to understand this phenomenon, the research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, which allows researchers to explore the information actually found in the field. Data were collected through interviews, on-site observations, as well as through documentation and regulations relevant to the research problem. This research focuses on the strategy theory initiated by Dess and Miller (2003), which includes the dimensions of goals, policies, and plans. The research concluded that BAZNAS Sukabumi Regency has a goal to increase the collection of Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah, although most people prefer to channel it directly to the beneficiaries (mustahiq). Therefore, the research suggests that it is necessary to re-optimize existing policies and design collection strategies that are more in line with the times to achieve the set goals.
Sabilla Khumaira, Ike Rachmawati, Tuah Nur Copyright (c) 2023 sabilla khumaira, Ike Rachmawati, Tuah Nur https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ojs.unida.ac.id/JGS/article/view/7466 Wed, 04 Oct 2023 00:00:00 +0000
